Sauda™ aggregates and displays data collected from manual entries, public sources, and third-party platforms.
2. Regulatory Status
Sauda™ is not:
a stock exchange or trading venue under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956,
a broker, sub-broker, or portfolio manager under the SEBI Act, 1992, nor
a registered investment advisor or research analyst.
The Platform does not solicit, facilitate, or execute any transactions in securities or financial instruments.
All services are strictly limited to information dissemination and analytics.
3. Verified Advisor Subscription & Payments
Only SEBI-registered investment advisors (“Verified Advisors”) may subscribe to exclusive Sauda™ features for visibility and engagement with users.
Such Verified Advisors may pay subscription fees for access to enhanced features on the Platform.
These payments are solely for digital presence and visibility — Sauda™ does not accept or transmit investor funds or investment amounts.
Future platform upgrades may include AI networking and analytics modules (“AINMML”) while maintaining full compliance with Indian financial and data regulations.
4. Eligibility
By using Sauda™, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Will comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to data and financial information.
5. User Accounts
Some Platform features may require an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Notify Sauda™ immediately in case of unauthorized access.
Sauda™ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to maintain account security.
6. Nature and Accuracy of Information
All content and data are for general informational and educational use.
Sauda™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed.
Some prices or data may be manually entered or aggregated from public sources.
Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.
Sauda™ may update or remove content without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without authorization.
Use bots or automated tools to scrape data.
Post defamatory, infringing, or false information.
Misrepresent affiliation with Sauda™ or Verified Advisors.
Violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

All Platform content, branding, software, and design are the intellectual property of Sauda™ or its licensors.
Sauda™ and the Sauda logo are registered trademarks (No. 5633717, Class 9) owned by Nipun Goel.
Unauthorized use, imitation, or misleading representation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You may access Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Data & AI Disclaimer
Sauda™ uses machine learning and analytics to generate aggregated insights or trend indicators.
Such AI outputs are automatically generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
They are not investment advice and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
Sauda™ disclaims all responsibility for errors, omissions, or reliance on AI-based information.
10. Third-Party Links and Advisors
The Platform may link to or mention external websites, advisors, or data sources.
Sauda™:
Does not control or endorse these third-party platforms.
Is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Any dealings with third-party advisors are independent of Sauda™, and users assume all associated risks.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sauda™, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
All data and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Total liability of Sauda™ shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid within the previous 12 months, whichever is lesser.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sauda™, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your:

Misuse of the Platform, or
Infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination
Sauda™ reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time without prior notice, including in case of:
Violation of these Terms,

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
